Where is the Kubernetes service operated?
Our Kubernetes clusters are operated in Cloudist’s datacenter in Falun. All data is handled within Sweden, with green energy and data protection according to Swedish law.
Is Cloudist Kubernetes a managed service?
Partially. Cloudist handles the infrastructure, the nodes and upgrades. MSP administers the cluster itself, applications and deployment flows.
Is free support included in the service?
Yes. We maintain high service level and offer technical advisory and infrastructure support, completely free of charge.
Can I build multi-region solutions?
The Kubernetes environment is offered from our datacenter in Falun and is designed for stable operations, high availability and efficient backup.
Is it possible to integrate Kubernetes with other Cloudist services?
Yes. Kubernetes is fully integrated with Cloudist’s VDC services, network and storage services.
Do I need to know Kubernetes to get started?
Basic Kubernetes knowledge is an advantage, but you do not need to be an expert. Cloudist handles the infrastructure for you, and we offer support and advisory so that you can quickly get started with operating clusters and applications
